The neighborhood is one of the oldest in Knoxville and takes its name from the intersection of N Fourth Avenue and Gill Avenue. Most of the homes in the area are either Queen Anne or Craftsman style. However, the proximity to Sutherland Avenue means that there is an opportunity for runners and walkers close enough that it's okay! One of the things the neighborhood has become particularly well-known for is food! Dining opportunities are abundant, including plenty of international flavors, from sushi to pasta and tacos to good old Southern food. The Bearden Beer Market is just a stone's throw away!
